The Administrative Committee
The Administrative Committee is tasked with the following duties:
- Studying laws, matters, and proposals related to public administration and local administration.
- Studying laws and matters related to public employees, especially those concerning recruitment, termination of service, retirement, and compensation.
- Studying complaints submitted to the Council or referred to it regarding these matters.
- Studying reports from the Ombudsman Bureau.
- Studying government policies and decisions related to the committee’s areas of work.
